Instructions on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
Diana Bagdasaryan
trading as Varhor – Real Estate Market Intelligence

Email: info@varhor.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using the withdrawal function available on our website:
ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION
If you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium without undue delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the provision of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Services
Where the contract concerns the provision of services for which you are required to pay a price, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if the service has been fully performed and the statutory requirements for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied. In particular, this requires that before performance begins you have expressly consented to Varhor beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal will expire upon complete performance of the contract by Varhor. For an ongoing subscription that has not yet been fully performed, the mere commencement of the service does not by itself cause the right of withdrawal for the service to expire.
Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium
Where the contract includes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, including downloadable reports or publications, your right of withdrawal in respect of such digital content expires when Varhor begins performance before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that:
1. you have expressly consented to Varhor beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period
2. you have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that digital content when performance begins
3. Varhor has provided you with the contractual confirmation required by law.
Where these requirements have not been satisfied, the right of withdrawal does not expire merely because access to the digital content has been technically made available. You do not owe any compensation for the value of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
