Withdraw from contract

If you concluded your subscription within the last 14 days, you can withdraw from it here without giving a reason. Fill in the form and confirm — we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt and reimburse your payment within 14 days.

We record the date and time your withdrawal reaches us and send the acknowledgement to the address above. Your access to the membership area ends when we process your withdrawal. Reports you have already downloaded remain yours.
